Pain in MY assssssss!

I have piriformis syndrome which basically means I have a really tight muscle in my butt. It causes sciatica. I’m only able to take sessions with clients that don’t have a problem with Piriformis-syndrome-171x300me not wearing high heels. The heels clench my ass up and then it hurts like hell. I’m in PT but it could take some time before I can wear the heels. If that isn’t a problem for you, then  lets play! 😀
